We can create a room in the roof to add an extra bedroom or a study and often with an en suite facility. Depending on the roof construction it can be achieved either with Velux (roof windows) or constructing a Dormer addition to the roof. Once all the design decisions are made and permissions granted, we normally guarantee a 12-week completion. We aim to have a good working relationship with our client and help them transmit their ideas into the best design.
